His distinguished global trajectory includes tenures with The Lalit Ashok, Bangalore, approximately eight years with Norwegian Cruise Line, and extensive professional exposure in Dubai. His career journey across 97 countries has instilled a profound understanding of international hospitality standards and multicultural dynamics.

The author of "Sangharsh Se Safalta Tak" and a former Bihar State Football Champion, Dr. Kumar embodies the vital principles of discipline, teamwork, and persistence.
